That article belies a twisted ideology
by Never ceased to be amazed Monday, Nov. 14, 2005 at 9:49 AM

"The heroic tenacity of the Iraqi resistance"

You call mass murdering of their own women and children heroic? The murder of the UN and Red Cross and other humanitarians heroic?

No wonder you wrote a snow job, The Minutemen are not my cup of tea, and I disagree with their views, but they are not racists, they are merely trying to maintain the integrity of their national border, which is what every other country in the world does, INCLUDING SOCIALIST ONES. Do you think Cuba would let them (indocumentados, as euphemistically described) in without going through customs? No, I think not.

its their right to be exploited beyond the reach of our law and justice, alright to die without documents. But try to make the "system" managable, tey to put it in the real of law and order for all---and they call you racists.

I guess its racist to send money to fight AIDS in Africa?

They have a right to dehydrate in the dessert, be forced into plantations in the High Sierras of DruglordCowboyFrontieraMexico. But no rights they can take to everyday courts of Law? Stiffed for pay rights..unsafe conditions rights...

Take the job and shut up?

But, stand between the border and this insanity...?

...You're a racist .! no other explanation accepted!

I am an old veteran of civil rights, conservation, and illegal war protest days. All the way back to the early 60s. That's just my intro, and no, I haven't "sold out", I am still a worker, I work on a farm now and am not some rich guy. I am totally NOT in favor of unchecked complete invasion by illegal immigrants. The US is incapable of absorbing another billion people. It can't be done, it's ludicrous to even think it could be, and there's no reason to second world what we have here.

Build up where it needs building up, don't dilute and tear down what has been built. I am FOR the Minuteman project in theory. We can have controlled numbers of lawful immigrants, but this illegal invasion plays right into the hands of the globalist goons, and is directly aimed at destroying what is left of the middle class in the US, the poductive class, the wealth crerators. Wake up You've been had and sold out! You don't make wealth by rearranging already produced wealth or by servicing wealth. It's nuts, destroying communities, driving down hard fought living wages, driving up property taxes, increasing basic living expenses, making it almost impossible for younger folks to get entry levels jobs into society, forcing them into the military as some sort of "job", and there is NO obvious move to assimilate by the illegals, you'd have to be blind and living in denial to not see this, they want balkanization of the US.

Let them stay home where they are needed in their struggles THERE. Make THEIR nations a better place. Mexico in particular is a RICH nation, just completely mismanaged by the ripoff racist Castillian fatcats. They have good oil and natural gas, strategic metals, rich farmland and two good oceans-more than a lot of other nations have. You have something to work with *there*, so do it.

I guess maybe there are a lot of younger folks here with no historical perspective, but no less than Cesar Chavez constantly spoke out AGAINST illegal immigration, because those were the scabs used to try and break strikes. Go look it up young uns!

You got perhaps a hijacked election to deal with in Mexico, you don't solve problems like that, and other inequalities that are obvious there, by sneaking across the border.
